Our approach
As professionals, we’ve both had various careers and as humans we’ve had various rich experiences. We hope to bring all of this to our work with you—the laughter, the tears, the joys and sorrows. We work together, in community and collaboration, because this is the best way we know how to live this life on a small planet with others. We are relatable, real and compassionate, walking a similar path of struggle and complexity and offering what we’ve managed to learn and integrate along the way. We would be honored to walk alongside you on this part of your journey. We are an anti-oppressive practice and support the LGBTQIA+ community.
Our services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and develop greater capacity to be with difficult thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. We support you in creating a renewed sense of connection with yourself.
Couples Therapy
If you feel like you’re having the same conversation over and over again, or that things are escalating, and you’re not able to resolve things on your own it might be time to seek out couples therapy.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine is a rapid acting anti-depressant that often provides fast, temporary relief from distress. It creates windows of brain plasticity that, when paired with therapy, supports a loosening of rigid ways of thinking and behaving that have been keeping us stuck.

How to get started
Deciding that you want to go to therapy can be hard and scary. Let’s talk about what will happen step by step so you know what to expect.

Schedule a consultation
In your 15 min consultation, we get to know each other and see if it’s a good fit.

Make an appointment
If you decide to move forward, you’ll make an appointment. You’ll receive a portal link and we’ll ask you to complete some paperwork before the appointment.

Show up with curiosity
In our initial sessions, we’ll make a plan that’s tailored to your needs.
